There are three types of bond funds: A, B and C:
Generally speaking, bond funds are divided into three categories: A, B and C, while others are divided into A and B. The difference mainly lies in the characteristics of transaction rate and investment amount. As mentioned above, the transaction rate differences between A, B and C are not detailed here.
Generally speaking, Class A investors hold a large amount of money or hold it for a long time. For example, many bond funds now stipulate that investors with more than 5 million yuan can choose Class A only by paying a subscription fee of 1 0,000 yuan, with the lowest cost.
The investors of Class B funds are between Class A and Class C, and their subscription funds are not very large, but they cannot be held for too short a time, usually more than 2 years.
Class C funds are suitable for some investors with limited funds and uncertain holding time. The investment period can be long or short, and the amount can be large or small. This is mainly because the subscription fee is 0, and the redemption fee is 0 after holding for 30 days, which greatly reduces the transaction cost of investors, but the income is generally not too high.
It should be noted that some bond funds are only divided into two categories: A and B. When purchasing, you can clearly see the rate description and consider it in combination with your own actual situation.
The difference between "A, B and C" monetary funds;
There is little difference between Category A and Category B of money funds, but the income is similar, mainly because of the difference in investment threshold. Class a is a low threshold; Class B investment has a high starting point. Generally speaking, a monetary fund 100 yuan, b monetary fund 5 million yuan.
There are two situations in Class C, one is that the purchase threshold is higher, similar to Class B; One is to purchase new fund shares through the company's direct selling platform or designated platform.
In addition to categories A, B and C, money funds are also divided into categories D, E, H and R ... But I haven't seen much, so I won't expand here.
