This standard specifies the classification, codes and marks, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging, transportation and storage of fire doors. This standard is applicable to flat wooden doors, steel wooden doors, steel wooden doors and other fire doors. Fire doors with other opening modes can be implemented with reference to this standard.
Technical requirements:
Wood fire door is a fire-resistant door with flame-retardant wood or flame-retardant wood products as the door frame, door leaf frame and door leaf panel. If the door leaf is filled with materials, it shall be filled with fire-proof and heat-insulating materials harmless to human body, and equipped with fire-proof hardware fittings.
The lap size of door leaf and door frame should not be less than12mm; ; The gap between the hinged side of the door leaf and the door frame should not be greater than the dimensional tolerance specified in the design drawings; The gap between the door leaf and the lock edge of the door frame should not be greater than the dimensional tolerance specified in the design drawings; The gap between the door leaf and the upper frame should not be greater than 3 mm; The gap between the door leaves of double doors and multiple doors should not be greater than 3 mm; The clearance between the door leaf and the lower frame or the ground should not be greater than 9mm.
Clearance between the door leaf and the door frame: the clearance between the door leaf and the door frame at the hinge side, the locking side and the upper frame joint surface should not be greater than 3 mm; Plane height difference between door leaf and door frame: on the opening surface of fire door, the plane height difference between door frame and door leaf should not be greater than 1 mm ...
