Private non-enterprise units refer to non-public institutions, social organizations, foundations, religious organizations and non-profit organizations. According to the provisions of the Non-profit Organization Law, the establishment of capital or funds, including registered capital or special funds, has been clearly stipulated. From the legal point of view, the paid-in funds of private non-enterprises are legal and can be used for capital operation and business development.

The use of paid-in funds of private non-enterprise units shall conform to the requirements of laws, regulations and relevant provisions such as the Non-profit Organization Law, the Accounting Law and the Budget Law.
