The whole story of the establishment of anti-plagiarism fund
In 2006, the Beijing Higher People's Court found that Jing M.Guo's "How Many Flowers Fall in a Dream" plagiarized the whole of "Inside and Outside the Circle", sentenced Jing M.Guo to compensate for economic losses and publicly apologized, but Jing M.Guo did not publicly apologize.
On June 5438+February 3, 20201day, M. Guo of Beijing apologized for the plagiarism in Weibo, and said that he would compensate all the copyright income of Flowers in a Dream. If he doesn't accept the apology, he will donate the compensation to charity.
Zhuang Yu responded, accepted Jing M Guo's apology, and was willing to combine all the profits outside the circle with the profits from How Many Flowers Fall into a Dream to set up an "anti-plagiarism fund" to help original authors defend their rights and accept public supervision. Guo Fabo agreed to Zhuang Yu's proposal.
