When an investor cancels a fund account, it shall meet the following preconditions at the same time.

(1) The fund account status should be normal.

(2) There is no fund share and fund in-transit business and rights and interests.

2. Information to be provided

Investors applying for cancellation of fund accounts must provide all kinds of information required by relevant departments. Individuals who invest in funds need the following materials.

(1) Complete the information on the business application form.

(2) A copy and original of the ID card that can prove my identity.

(3) The original and photocopy of the valid identity certificate of the agent and my power of attorney (if not handled by me).

(4) Original fund account card or trading account card.

What's the difference between canceling an account and canceling an account? Account cancellation means that the investor handles the account cancellation business of the fund account, and the cancellation of the fund account registration means that the investor cancels the account registration at the agency outlet. If investors want to cancel the registration business of a certain outlet, they can go to the outlet to handle it. Cancellation of account registration will not affect investors' accounts and shares at other outlets.

3. What is the account cancellation procedure?

1. Before an investor entrusts an institution to handle the subscription, subscription, fixed investment subscription or conversion of a designated fund, it shall apply to the designated fund registration institution for opening a fund account through the agency sales outlets of the institution. If necessary, you can also apply to the institution to cancel the designated fund account.

2. There is no need to fill in the form for fund account opening/closing. Investors only need to verbally inform the staff of this institution of the name of the fund registration institution and enter the fund transaction password.

3. If an investor fails to apply for opening a fund account of the registered institution to which he intends to purchase the fund before applying for the subscription, subscription and regular fixed subscription plan of the designated fund products, the institution system will automatically submit an application for opening a fund account for him.

Customers need to fill in the Application Form for Account Cancellation of Fund Account carefully, and send it to the customer service department of the fund company for account cancellation together with a copy of valid identity documents after being signed and confirmed by myself.

4. Under what circumstances can't I cancel the fund account?

Investors have a trading application on the same day. The investor holds any fund share registered by the registrant (including the frozen amount). Investors own unconfirmed transactions registered by registrants. Investors hold unrealized fund interests. The fund account is in a frozen state.
