Taking microorganisms as the research object, some genes with important functions were cloned and identified by using molecular biology technology, forward and backward genetics and transgenic methods, and their structural characteristics and biological functions were studied. The traditional mutation breeding method and modern genetic engineering operation method were used to carry out microbial genetic breeding and the construction of important engineering bacteria.
