The 20th Anniversary Commemorative Meeting of Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation and the 10th Young Teachers' Fund and Young Teachers' Award Awarding Meeting in Colleges and Universities. State Councilor Chen Zhili attended the meeting and presented awards to the award-winning teachers. Before the meeting, Chen Zhili met with Timothy Fok, member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and vice chairman of the Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation, and Huo Zhenhuan, president of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and chairman of the Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation.

Fok Ying-tung Education Foundation 1986 was established by the late Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, vice chairman and a famous Hong Kong industrialist, with a capital contribution of 1 100 million Hong Kong dollars, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education. The Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation * * * sponsored 2,472 young teachers, with a funding amount of 1.59 1.763 million yuan, which created conditions for the growth of a large number of outstanding young talents and cultivated many fruitful scientific research projects. The 10th Young Teachers' Fund and Young Teachers' Award of Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation * * * funded and rewarded 323 young teachers, with a funding amount of US$ 2,885,700.
