(three) medical expenses for termination of pregnancy due to crimes, alcoholism, self-injury and other injuries;

(4) Medical expenses incurred due to medical accidents due to the birth of female employees or the implementation of family planning operations by employees, or the birth of male employees' spouses or the implementation of family planning operations;

(5) Expenses incurred by the baby;

(six) do not have the clinical indications of cesarean section, individual requirements for the implementation of cesarean section, beyond the natural delivery quota standard of medical expenses;

(seven) medical expenses incurred during the period of female employees and male employees' spouses going abroad and going to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan;

(eight) the implementation of human assisted reproductive surgery (such as IVF) costs, as well as medical expenses in violation of national and provincial family planning regulations.

Three, the province's medical insurance related matters needing attention

1, the patient with "pregnancy-induced hypertension" in provincial medical insurance is hospitalized. If the child is born, it will be settled in cash at the time of discharge and reimbursed at the provincial medical insurance center.

2. Medical insurance patients in the province can apply for maternity insurance if they plan to induce labor and have records and birth certificates in the medical insurance center; If not, cash payment will not be reimbursed.

3. Provincial medical insurance patients are hospitalized at their own expense.

4, the provincial medical insurance "ectopic pregnancy" patients, pregnant women with rings should be hospitalized at their own expense, according to the provisions of the medical insurance center for reimbursement.

According to the notice of Henan Social Medical Insurance Center, all the perinatal health care expenses of female employees born after 20131kloc-0/have been settled in the hospital, and there is no need to declare separately.

In the future, female employees who directly participate in medical insurance in our school only need to go to the Labor Department of the Personnel Department to receive the Approval Form for Medical Treatment of Designated Medical Institutions for Maternity Insurance for Provincial Employees in Henan Province before giving birth, and then submit it to the medical hospital after being stamped by the Social Medical Insurance Center of Henan Province. Perinatal health care costs are no longer declared separately;

2. If a female employee goes to a different place for medical treatment, she still needs to submit relevant materials to Henan Medical Insurance Center for reimbursement after delivery. When applying, you should submit: hospitalization settlement list, payment voucher, hospitalization medical record, original and copy of birth certificate, original and copy of birth certificate, original and copy of discharge certificate (pasted on A4 paper), and original and copy of medical insurance.
