If you fall, the basic medical insurance fund will not pay if the infringer should bear the responsibility according to the General Principles of Civil Law and Tort Liability Law. If the parties have to bear the responsibility themselves, they can reimburse them. I. 2. After the basic medical insurance fund is paid in advance, the medical insurance agency obtains the right of subrogation for the injured insured and has the right to recover the medical expenses it should pay from the third party, that is, the infringer.
