The province-wide launch date for the Sichuan National Milk Project is December 12, 2018. This project will donate 200 million worth of infant formula milk powder to infants and young children from poor families in Sichuan.

Improve the nutritional and health status of infants and young children in poverty-stricken families in Sichuan Province and reduce their economic burden. With the support of the Sichuan Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, the Sichuan Provincial Poverty Alleviation Foundation joined hands with a Beijing-based health poverty alleviation foundation to launch the “National Milk Poverty Alleviation Project—Public Welfare Milk Powder Action for Infants and Young Children from Poor Families” across Sichuan.
