5. Inquiry of fund transaction details

Because the transaction data of fund companies can't be transmitted in real time, the transaction details such as fund subscription and redemption need to be inquired after T+2 days (T is the trading day). For the fund that subscribes for the transaction, it is necessary to wait until the fund issue expires before making an inquiry.

6. Fixed investment setting of the fund

You can go to online securities > online fund > fund transaction > fund regular investment management to cancel the fixed investment of the fund.

7. Loss reporting fund account

Online banking and telephone banking can handle temporary loss reporting. Generally, the report of loss is valid for 5 days. Please report the loss in writing at ICBC's business outlets within 5 days, otherwise it will be invalid.
