How to generate PivotTable report with excel
Excel generates PivotTable report:

Tools/materials: computer version: Shenzhou Shenzhou K620C-i7, system version: Windows 10, and operating software: Excel spreadsheet.

1. Open the Excel table prepared in advance, as shown in the figure below.

2. Select the area to process data, click Insert in the toolbar, and finally click Pivot Table, as shown below.

3. Click PivotTable to open the dialog box, and click OK to open the PivotTable interface, as shown in the following figure.

4. Drag the field to be added to the lower area and automatically generate the table on the left as required, as shown in the figure below.

5. In this way, a PivotTable report is created, as shown in the following figure.
