The subjects of the Fund Practitioner Qualification Appointment Examination and the Unified Examination are the same. There are three subjects, both subject one: "Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Standards"; subject two: "Securities Investment Funds" Basic Knowledge"; Subject 3: "Basic Knowledge of Private Equity Investment Funds".
The Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination is divided into unified examination and scheduled examination. Anyone who passes both exams can apply for a certificate. The difference is that there are fewer test sites for scheduled exams and there are limited seats. There is no other difference. The national unified examination is held simultaneously in provincial capitals and key cities, generally in more than 40 cities, with wide coverage, while the scheduled examination is held in some cities according to market demand, in about 20 cities.
