Registration procedures for chattel mortgage: Both parties shall submit their identity documents (ID cards or business licenses) and chattel mortgage registration books (signed or sealed by both parties) to the chattel mortgage registration department (generally the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, or relevant administrative departments if there are vehicles or ships).

Note: The equity fund shall be registered with the registration and settlement institution before the pledge is established.
