201April 17 Airport construction fee has been cancelled and changed to Civil Aviation Development Fund.

On April 2012 17, the Ministry of Finance officially promulgated the new Interim Measures for the Administration of the Collection and Use of Civil Aviation Development Funds, which will replace the previous airport construction fees.

In the new "Measures", the airport construction fee for domestic regional flights is cancelled, and the tourism development fund is added for international routes. The revised airport construction fee collection standard for international flights is raised from 70 yuan to 90 yuan, that is, 20 yuan is added to international routes. However, the "civil aviation infrastructure construction fund" levied on airlines has not been revised in the new "Measures".
