Yang De 'an Limin, male, was born in 1963. Doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor, leader of ecology discipline, dean of Chinese herbal medicine college. Changchun CPPCC member. In 2000, he received a doctorate in ecology from Northeast Normal University, and completed postdoctoral research in Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2003. In 2004, he was selected as the first batch of top-notch innovative talents in Jilin Province. He is a member of the China Botanical Expert Group of the Species Survival Committee of the World Conservation Union, a member of the GCTE China Working Group of the International Geosphere-Biosphere Plan, a member of the Chinese Medicine Resources Ecological Committee of the Chinese Ecological Society, and a director of the Jilin Botanical Society and the Ecological Society. He presided over more than 0/kloc projects such as National Natural Science Foundation, "973" National Key Project, National Support Plan, National Basic Science and Technology Platform Construction, Major and Key Projects of Jilin Province, and Open Fund of State Key Laboratory, and participated in 8 key projects of National Natural Science Foundation, National Climbing Plan and provincial and ministerial projects.
