if the dispatched employee who has a work-related injury terminates the employment relationship with the employing unit, the employing unit shall settle the one-time disability employment subsidy enjoyed by the employee with the dispatching unit according to regulations; if the employee terminates or terminates the labor relationship with the dispatching unit, the dispatching unit will give the one-time disability employment subsidy to the employee himself.

The work-related injury treatment process is as follows:

4. The relevant data of the application for work-related injury identification are as follows, which need to be provided by the supervisor of the unit and the injured employee:

2. Copy of ID card of the injured employee

3. Original and photocopy of the initial diagnosis and treatment record of the injured employee (which can be disease diagnosis certificate or outpatient medical record)

4. Original and photocopy of the labor relationship certificate of the injured employee (. And the attendance record of the injured month (attendance record of last month is required for those injured on the 1st of each month)

5. Witness testimony (2 persons) and a copy of the witness's work permit, and the testimony shall be signed by the witness and fingerprinted.

V. Appraisal of labor ability

After the medical treatment of the injured employees is over, the unit will accompany the injured employees to prepare the following materials and issue the Notice of Labor Ability Appraisal to Chang 'an Social Security Bureau. Every Friday (Dongguan Guyong Hospital), a point will be set up on the first floor of the Social Security Bureau for labor ability appraisal.
