I. Registration conditions

(a) a firm political stance, support the line, principles and policies of China * * * production party, abide by the law, good moral character, correct style of study.

(three) have strong research ability and professionalism, and be able to complete the corresponding scientific research work in a pioneering way.

(four) there must be a full-time postdoctoral work in our center, and no part-time postdoctoral research work is allowed.

Second, the relevant treatment:

1, salary

The target of salary payment is the postdoctoral doctors who are recruited and distributed in a unified way locally or who have terminated their labor relations with their original units, and the implementation measures for the salary and treatment of employees hired by welfare reference centers such as basic salary, five insurances and one gold. Postdoctoral students in active service (armed police), post-doctoral students transferred from the army to start their own businesses, and local post-doctoral students trained in a targeted way are all paid, and the center will no longer pay wages separately.

2. Performance allowance

The performance of postdoctoral personnel in the army shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the army; Local postdoctoral staff shall allocate the performance allowance of their own departments according to the performance distribution scope of the personnel employed by the center.

3. Research funding

Postdoctoral students can apply for general projects of China Postdoctoral Fund (first-class funding of 6,543.8+0.2 million yuan, second-class funding of 80,000 yuan), special funding projects (6,543.8+0.8 million yuan), and pre-station funding projects (6,543.8+0.8 million yuan). The Center will match the postdoctoral fellows funded by the China Postdoctoral Fund as appropriate.

4. Housing security

In accordance with the military housing management policy, the postdoctoral researchers in the station who meet the prescribed conditions will be included in the scope of housing security, and apartment housing will be arranged for the postdoctoral researchers in the station. If there are no guarantee conditions to arrange apartment housing, the rental subsidy will be paid according to the standard of active cadres with the same academic qualifications in the training unit. From the second month after the research work is completed for two years, it will no longer be included in the scope of housing security. Postdoctoral soldiers who have been allocated housing in Beijing will no longer provide housing security.

5, professional title evaluation

Before the expiration of the local postdoctoral period, you can participate in the senior title evaluation organized by the hospital according to the relevant provisions of the title evaluation of the PLA General Hospital.
