Fieldbus control system (FCS) is a new generation of automatic control system with digital information, decentralized control, open system and interoperable equipment. It's completely open. Under the condition of following the unified technical standards, users can integrate products with different brands and the same function into the same control system to form an integrated fieldbus control system. Different products with the same function in the same system can be freely interchanged, which gives users the initiative in the selection and integration of automatic control equipment. Fieldbus control system truly realizes the intelligentization and complete control decentralization of field devices, so that the function of micro-irrigation control system does not depend on the computer or main control equipment in the control center, and the control function can be completed in the vicinity of the field, which simplifies the system structure and improves the reliability and convenience. The reliability and accuracy of signal transmission are improved by using digital communication, and a fully decentralized and digital micro-irrigation control network can be formed by using field bus control technology.
Fieldbus technology conforms to the mainstream of "intelligence, digitalization, informationization, networking and decentralization" in the development of automatic control technology, which makes the traditional control system make a great leap in structure and performance, and is the development direction of automatic control technology for micro-irrigation in the future. However, the field bus control system is still in the process of development, and the technical standards of field bus control and the intelligentization of field bus instruments and control equipment are still not perfect.
