Can't.
According to the Charity Law and the Foundation Management Regulations, foundations are allowed to invest, but foundations are non-profit legal persons.
The non-profit nature of the foundation is mainly reflected in the fact that the foundation is not allowed to change the property and property rights structure in other ways other than donations, and all investment income (if any) should be used for the designated public welfare and charity, even if the foundation is used for related reasons.
If the reason needs to be cancelled, the remaining property after liquidation shall not be distributed to its sponsors, donors or members, but shall continue to be used for the same or similar public welfare and charity and cannot be purchased.
