Fourth, the total score calculation method
Total score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.
The percentile system is used to calculate the total score of the applicant. The total scores of written test, interview and examination shall be kept to two decimal places, and the mantissa shall be rounded off.

The proposed employee who has no objection after publicity signs a labor contract with Xuzhou Zhicai Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., and Xuzhou Zhicai Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. pays the salary, enterprise social insurance and housing accumulation fund for the proposed employee.
The employment period of the hired personnel is 5 years and the probation period is 3 months. Those who pass the examination after the probation period shall be subject to the salary standard of employees with the same conditions (pay enterprise social insurance). During the contract period, if the hired personnel violate the rules and regulations or make major work mistakes and cannot meet the post requirements, Xuzhou Zhicai Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. will handle the dismissal procedures. After the expiration of the contract, according to the needs of the post, the labor contract can be renewed after passing the examination. If the examination fails, the labor contract shall be terminated.
