There are two ways to pay dividends for private equity funds: dividends and dividends. According to the relevant laws and regulations, the condition of dividend distribution is that the net value of each fund share cannot be lower than the face value after the fund income distribution. Engaged in private equity fund business, should follow the principles of voluntariness, fairness, honesty and credit.

Legal objectivity:

Article 18 of the Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Private Investment Funds, investors shall truthfully fill in the questionnaire on risk identification ability and tolerance, truthfully promise assets or income, and be responsible for its authenticity, accuracy and completeness. Those who fill in false information or provide false commitment documents shall bear corresponding responsibilities. Article 19 of the Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Private Equity Investment Funds, investors shall ensure that the sources of investment funds are legal, and shall not illegally collect other people's funds to invest in private equity funds.
