The period of social insurance subsidies and post subsidies can be extended to retirement for those who are less than five years away from the statutory retirement age, and the rest of the staff can not exceed three years at the longest. The amount of social insurance subsidies refers to the sum of basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance and unemployment insurance for employees with employment difficulties who are employed in enterprises according to laws, regulations and policies; Flexible employment and employment in public welfare posts, the amount of subsidies for individuals (or units and individuals) to pay the full amount of the above three social insurance premiums. The declaration, examination and distribution of the above subsidies shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the document No.17 [26] of Shaanxi Finance Office and this Notice. Third, improve the employment fund policy in earthquake-stricken areas (1) expand the scope of vocational training subsidies. Unemployed workers and rural migrant workers (hereinafter referred to as laborers) transferred from the disaster areas in Hanzhong City and Baoji City, which were severely affected by the "5 12" Wenchuan earthquake in our province, will be given a one-time vocational training subsidy by the training areas in accordance with the regulations. (three) the workers in the disaster areas will be included in the scope of social insurance subsidies. If all kinds of enterprises (units) in the province recruit workers in disaster areas, sign labor contracts with them and pay social insurance premiums, they will be subsidized according to the basic old-age insurance premiums, basic medical insurance premiums and unemployment insurance premiums actually paid by the workers in disaster areas, and the subsidy period shall not exceed one year. The deadline for approval of the above social insurance subsidy policy is the end of July 29. (four) adjust the scope of public welfare post subsidies. Simplifying the Procedures for Reimbursement of Subsidy Funds Training subsidies and social insurance subsidies applied for by individuals shall be directly paid to the applicants after being audited by the labor and social security department, and the financial department shall conduct centralized review and inspection on the reimbursement of subsidies every six months.
