China Old Age Culture and Art Festival (hereinafter referred to as the Old Age Art Festival) is a national old age art activity approved by the Office of the National Working Committee on Ageing, which was launched in Beijing in 28. The organizing committee of the festival warmly welcomes all national art groups to sign up. Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 Through the exchange and exhibition of culture and art for the elderly, we will further promote the vigorous development of cultural activities for the elderly at the grassroots level, create a happy, peaceful, healthy and civilized social and cultural atmosphere, show the new achievements made in the cultural undertakings for the elderly throughout the country, show the active spirit of the contemporary elderly, and carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation of respecting, loving and helping the elderly. Article 2 Art-loving elderly groups of all regions and ethnic groups may voluntarily sign up for the Old Arts Festival. Article 3 Without special reasons, the Old Arts Festival is held every two years. Chapter II Organization Article 4 The Old Art Festival is sponsored by the Office of the National Working Committee on Ageing; Undertaken by China Foundation for the Development of Ageing. Its principal and undertaker can increase or decrease according to the actual situation. Article 5 With the approval of the China Foundation for the Development of Ageing, the Caring Culture Development Fund Committee of the China Foundation for the Development of Ageing is fully responsible for the preparation and organization of the Old Art Festival. Article 6 The judges of the competitions of the Old Arts Festival shall be experts selected by the organizing committee. Chapter III Time and Place Article 7 The opening of various competitions of each old art festival is scheduled to be held in different bidding cities throughout the country from the beginning of the year to the end of the year. Chapter IV Programs Article 8 Programs registered for performance during the Old Arts Festival must be examined and approved by the organizing committee office. Article 9 The styles of works performed by each team are not limited. But it must be a work that can represent the artistic style of the country, the region or the nation. (See the requirements of the current competition) Article 11 There is no limit to the number of staff and their families who accompany the performance team to participate in the Old Art Festival. Chapter VI Awards Article 12 The golden times Prize, the highest award of the permanent group, shall be set for the old art festival competition. Article 13 Gold, Silver, Bronze, Excellence and Style Awards are set for each individual event of the Old Arts Festival, and the Style Awards are set for teams that participate (chorus, dance, costume and variety) but do not participate. Article 14 Organization Award: It is established for units that have outstanding organization work, recommended or participated in many programs (works) with good quality. Chapter VII Other Activities of the Old Arts Festival Article 15 In addition to normal performances, the Old Arts Festival will also hold grand opening and closing ceremonies, exhibitions, academic discussions and exchanges, visits and other activities. Chapter VIII Publicity and Reporting Article 16 The Old Arts Festival shall be comprehensively publicized and reported by news media such as radio, television, newspapers and the Internet. Chapter IX Expenses and Reception Article 17 The expenses required for all groups to participate in the Old Arts Festival are self-care. Article 19 The Office of the Old Arts Festival will provide preferential prices and excellent services to the group according to the requirements of each group. Chapter X Registration Methods and Requirements Article 2 Organizations intending to participate in the Old Arts Festival may apply to the Organizing Committee by letter, fax or telephone (written in English or Chinese). Twenty-first performance groups that have signed up for the Old Arts Festival can only participate in the competition after they have filled in and confirmed, and after the approval of the Organizing Committee Office, the Organizing Committee Office will issue a formal invitation. Article 22 Information required for registration: 1. Information of singing programs; 2. Brief introduction of group art; 3. Personal information of the leader of the performance unit and the actors. Chapter XI Supplementary Provisions Article 25 The organizing committee of the Old Arts Festival will supplement or modify these Articles of Association according to the needs of each old arts festival.
