Fund redemption usually takes 3 working days, please wait patiently. Under normal circumstances, it is only a matter of time before the fund can't get its bank card back.

There are two common ways to redeem funds;

(1) Purchase the fund through the trading account of the securities company: after the fund is redeemed, the funds will be transferred to the trading account of the securities company, so the money will be transferred to your bank account only after I make the bank-securities transfer within the time specified by the securities company;

(2) By logging into online banking: after logging into the account, you can find the securities card management in the investment and wealth management and securities management, and open the online transfer function, so that you can automatically transfer funds to the corresponding account whether you buy funds or redeem funds;

(3) General stocks and mixed funds need 7 days at the latest, and bond funds need 3 days at the latest, excluding public holidays and holidays.
