Introduction of year-end award
State-owned enterprise year-end awards are generally issued once a year; Some state-owned enterprises will issue year-end awards twice, usually at the beginning of July and the end of1February or before the Spring Festival the following year. There is no fixed figure, and each enterprise varies from several hundred yuan or not to tens of thousands of yuan according to the production efficiency of that year. Generally, it is only about 2000 yuan.
The law does not stipulate this. In reality, the year-end bonus of Chinese enterprises is different for each company. Some companies will only pay double salary at the end of the year, and some companies will give year-end bonus, which is generally 15% of salary, depending on the actual situation of the company. When the last month's salary is paid years ago, it will be paid together, usually at the beginning of 1 month or February, and the state-owned enterprises will usually pay in the month of the New Year.
