The third step: the application materials for the preliminary examination of the hospital outpatient department.

Step 4: Submit it to the Organizing Committee of the Three Rural Poverty Alleviation Fund for approval.

Step 5: The patient goes to the designated hospital for treatment with the notice of assistance from the "three rural" poverty alleviation fund of CCTV.
