On April 24th, 20 19, Huada Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huada Semiconductor") and Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Fund") signed the Agreement on Capital Increase of Shanghai Guitar Semiconductor Co., Ltd.

The signing ceremony was held in the new factory of Guitar Semiconductor Lingang. Fu Xinhua, Deputy Director of Shanghai Economic and Information Technology Commission, Wu Xiaohua, Deputy Director of Shanghai Lingang Development and Construction Management Committee, Shen Weiguo, Chairman of Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund, Chen Gang, General Manager of Huada Semiconductor, and Dong Haoran, Chairman of Guitar Semiconductor.

Hong, general manager of Shanghai Semiconductor Co., Ltd. attended the signing ceremony. Through this capital increase, Huada Semiconductor has completed the integration of integrated circuit resources, improved the layout of key links such as process manufacturing and IC design, created an overall solution for industrial control and automotive electronics, and formed the agglomeration effect of complementary linkage between analog integrated circuits and semiconductor power devices.

Shanghai Guitar Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is located in Shanghai Lingang Equipment Industrial Zone, covering an area of about 230,000 square meters. A characteristic process production line for high-end applications will be built, and the leading domestic analog and power device process capability will be established. Products are concentrated in industrial control, automobiles, electricity, energy and other fields.
