Xu Hong, MD, chief physician, professor and doctoral supervisor, is currently the deputy secretary of the Party Committee, director of internal medicine and director of renal rheumatism department of Pediatric Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, director of the Center for Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Nephrology and Urinary Diseases of Fudan University, deputy director of Institute of Nephrology of Fudan University, member of Nephrology Group of Pediatric Branch of Chinese Medical Association, head of Nephrology Group of Pediatric Branch of Shanghai Medical Association, and executive director of Shanghai Children's Health Foundation. He has been engaged in the clinical diagnosis, treatment, scientific research and teaching of renal diseases and rheumatic diseases in pediatric internal medicine for a long time. It took the lead in starting the comprehensive treatment of chronic renal failure in children in China, completed the first case of automatic peritoneal dialysis and the first case of kidney transplantation in children's specialized hospital, and established the first diagnosis and treatment center for enuresis in children in China. Over the past five years, he has published more than 5 papers in domestic and foreign magazines. In recent years, as the person in charge, he has undertaken many scientific research projects such as National Natural Science Foundation and Shanghai Scientific Research Fund. He has successively won the titles of Shanghai Excellent Young Physician, Shanghai "March 8th Red Flag Bearer" and National Women's Model Worker. Zhang Lingen, chief physician and professor of emergency department of Pediatric Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, deputy head of pediatric group of emergency medicine branch of Chinese Medical Association, deputy head of emergency group of pediatric branch of Chinese Medical Association, head of emergency group of pediatric branch of Shanghai Medical Association, and editorial board members of China Journal of Practical Pediatrics, chinese pediatric emergency medicine Journal, Clinical Pediatric Journal and Chinese Modern Pediatric Journal. He has been engaged in pediatric internal medicine for a long time, and is good at the diagnosis and treatment of asthma and respiratory diseases in children, and has rich experience in the rescue of critical children.
