As one of the only two national key disciplines (first-class disciplines) of stomatology in China, the first batch of eight-year bachelor's and doctoral students' joint study in stomatology was approved by the Ministry of Education. It is the first convening unit of the stomatology discipline evaluation group of the State Council Academic Degree Committee and the chairman unit of the national stomatology professional degree teaching steering committee.

Stomatology was selected as a "double-first-class" construction discipline and a national first-class undergraduate specialty construction point. It is the first batch of national stomatology resident training bases, national clinical teaching training demonstration center, experimental teaching demonstration center of Beijing higher education institutions, and vocational skills training base of humanities doctors in China.

As the supporting unit and the president/director/governing unit of national stomatological organizations such as Chinese Stomatological Association, China Dental Disease Prevention Foundation, National Stomatological Quality Control Center and Stomatologist Branch of Chinese Medical Association, the hospital has been committed to the development of stomatology in China and the cultivation and growth of doctors.

The oral health level of the whole people has been improved. Through counterpart assistance and alliance, radiation has promoted the development of stomatology in China. And give full play to the role of technical support, entrusted by the national health administrative department, take the lead in compiling and revising a series of management norms and standards in the industry, and provide expert advice for the formulation of relevant national policies and plans.
