F.I.R. F.I.R. is a music group in Taiwan Province. The name F.I.R is not only a combination of initials of three members of the orchestra (Faye, Ian, Real), but also can be interpreted as "Fairyland In Reality".

About the group name

After the original three people formed the orchestra, the English group name was quickly decided, and F.I.R. was composed of their English names. However, I couldn't make up my mind about the Chinese name, until I suddenly thought of naming the Chinese group Fei Er, and once wanted to give it up, Warner Records decided to use this Chinese group name.

In Taiwan Province, many presenters use F.I.R. when introducing their appearances, while in the mainland, they are often called F.I.R..

Musical characteristics

F.I.R.'s characteristics are diverse and changeable. A large number of strings are used in the arrangement, and then the tunes are changed. As Teacher Jianning said, each album is an experimental album, trying to create various styles.
