The structure of the tertiary industry in the town has developed from the original 2:6 1.8:36.2 to 1.5:58.2:40.3, and the balanced development of industry and service industry has been gradually realized.

This year, Dongfeng has made every effort to build "four platforms" such as technical service platform, modern circulation platform, production supporting platform and financial service platform, so as to escort the promotion and development of service industry.

In terms of technical service platform, the town gives full play to the advantages of technology, talents, capital and testing services of key enterprises, integrates and develops into a large technical service platform for enterprises in the town, and realizes the social effect of "supporting a platform and serving an enterprise". At the same time, the "Dongfeng Town Small Appliance Enterprise Technology Center" was established to provide management guidance and technical support for the industry and become a new "incubator" for economic development.

In terms of building a modern circulation platform, this year we will vigorously support the development of the circulation industry, promote the construction of a productive service platform, and strive to build an important logistics distribution platform in the north. At present, the town has two national 4A-level logistics enterprises, such as Tianrun and Guangtong, accounting for 50% of the national 4A-level logistics enterprises in the city.

Give full play to the advantages of "China Small Household Appliances Industry Base", further improve the functions and facilities of the new Dongfeng Electronic and Electrical Trade City, and build a regional supporting service center for electronic and electrical production. At present, the new Dongfeng Electronic and Electrical Trade City provides more than 800 shops with an annual turnover of over 654.38 billion yuan. At the same time, Dongfeng Town, supported by the new Dongfeng Electronic City, together with China Household Electrical Appliances Association, has accelerated the construction of the most comprehensive integrated service platform for electronic and electrical components in the small household appliances industry.

Create a financial service platform. On the basis of actively introducing major commercial banks to settle in the town, Dongfeng Zhujiang Village Bank and Zhongke Dongfeng Equity Investment Fund were established in combination with various resources, and Dongfeng microfinance company and guarantee company were actively established to provide high-quality and diversified financial services for the "three rural issues" and small and medium-sized enterprises in the town.

In order to further accelerate the development of service industry and improve the quality of business investment, Dongfeng Town has continuously optimized the government environment and improved the policy environment, creating a good investment environment and caring service for enterprises, forming a snowball effect of industrial chain investment. Since the beginning of this year, a number of service projects have been introduced, including the first phase project of Vanke Golden Home, which covers an area of more than 60 mu, with a construction area of more than 65.438 +0.6 million square meters, with a total investment of 290 million yuan. At present, 654.38+0.5 commercial and residential buildings have been built. Taking the construction of commercial and residential complex of Vanke Golden Home as an important carrier, we will strive to build a modern town center integrating hotels, commercial plazas and commercial residences, combining the projects of Du Ming, Jinjue Haoting and Kaishenghui in Tianyi Coast. Accelerate the development and construction of Xinsha Island, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan and a construction area of1180,000 square meters.
