(a) new construction, renovation, expansion, technical transformation, maintenance projects and individually contracted mechanical earthwork, component production and installation, decoration, pile foundation, roads and bridges, dikes, pipelines, etc. The labor insurance fee is charged at 34% of the project cost.

(2) For all kinds of projects contracted without materials, the labor insurance fee will be charged at 25% of the budgeted labor cost for the earthwork projects contracted separately.
