The cancelled account must have no fund unit balance, and the account must be in a normal state with no outstanding rights and interests. During the trading hours, I must bring my ID card and bank card to the counter of the agency outlet where the original fund account was opened, and go through the formalities of closing the fund account. Individual investors may not entrust others to cancel the fund account.
