Subject 2 of the fund qualification examination is not a compulsory subject, and subject 2 refers to the fund qualification examination "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds", which is an optional subject. Fund laws and regulations belong to the examination subjects of the fund qualification examination, and the other two subjects are the basic knowledge of securities investment funds in subject 2 and the basic knowledge of private investment funds in subject 3. These two subjects can be regarded as one subject.

Registration conditions for fund qualification examination:

(1) Deadline for registration 18 years old;

(2) Having a high school education or above;

(3) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(4) Other conditions stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
