There is no date for salary payment. When the employer pays wages every month, if there are no specific provisions in laws and regulations, it shall be agreed by the employer and the employee when concluding the labor contract; If there is no agreement in the labor contract, it shall be paid at the time agreed in the collective contract; If there is no agreement between the labor contract and the collective contract, it shall be implemented in accordance with the rules and regulations formulated by the employer according to law.

Legal basis: Article 50 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Wages should be paid to the workers themselves on a monthly basis in the form of money. The wages of workers shall not be deducted or delayed without reason.

Article 51
