BT Project Contract Sample This contract is signed by XXXXXXXXXX (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and XXXXXXXXXX Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Party B).
Party A of this contract is the tenderer and contract signer entrusted by the XXXXXXXXXX People's Government to designate the investment and construction party of the XXXXXXXXXX stadium project to conduct public bidding in accordance with the BT method.

For this project, Party A determines Party B as the investor and construction party of the XXXXXXXXXX stadium project through public bidding, and it is implemented in accordance with the BT operating model of "enterprise investment and construction, government repurchase".

In view of this, Party A and Party B shall, in accordance with the framework agreement signed by both parties on the investment and construction of this project and in accordance with the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and administrative regulations.

The final project content shall be subject to the design documents (construction drawings, etc.) provided by Party A, the design change documents that occurred during the construction process, and the visa documents of the supervision agency.
2.3 Visa: A visa for changes in project quantities due to design changes and other reasons will be reported to Party B by the supervision company within 7 calendar days. Party B will respond within 7 calendar days. Failure to respond will be deemed as recognition of the visa, and Party B will report the visa to Party A again.
The visa will be approved within the last 7 calendar days. If there is no reply or approval, the visa will be deemed to be approved.
Article 3 Construction Period The construction period of this contract project is 18 months, starting from January 2008.
Among them, the project shall be delivered to Party A for use after it has been completed and accepted, and the project shall be completed and accepted and delivered to Party A for use within 18 months after the start of construction. However, if Party B is unable to start or stop construction due to reasons other than Party B or force majeure, the above-mentioned construction period and

Article 4 Total Investment The total investment of this contract project is approximately RMB. The actual investment shall be subject to the final settlement price.
The final accounting method shall be implemented in accordance with other provisions of this contract.
Article 5 The quality standards meet the qualification level of the quality assessment standards.
Article 6 Investment Cooperation Principles 6.1 Party A provides construction drawings, and Party B organizes construction according to the construction drawings.
The supervision unit is entrusted by Party A.
6.2 Party A is responsible for land use, demolition, survey, and design (planning scheme and construction drawing design), and Party B is responsible for financing investment, construction, and construction management.
Party A shall establish a special agency for the project of this contract to be responsible for liaison and coordination with Party B on matters related to the construction of the project of this contract.
6.3 The project construction funds of this contract consist of the following: 6.3.1 Project construction costs: the entire project is divided into sub-project fees; measure project fees; other measure project fees (project insurance premiums, project warranty fees, budget lump sum fees);
Fees (including social insurance premiums, housing provident funds, and project quota measurement fees); manual adjustments; safe and civilized construction measures and temporary facility fees; profits; taxes; various test and inspection fees; peripheral improvement and finished product protection
Fees; separate fees for safety protection and civilized construction; special funds for bulk cement; deposits for new materials; construction and domestic water and electricity bills; workers' injury and project insurance premiums; those stipulated by the national and local governments shall be paid by Party B (or the construction unit entrusted by Party B)

6.3.2 Listed expenses and equipment purchase fees: fixed equipment and instrument fees, all costs incurred in handling construction applications and other types of construction applications, organizing completion acceptance, providing project filing and completion settlement information (hiring a cost consulting company)
, various administrative charges, loan interest calculated based on the fixed asset investment loan interest rate of the People's Bank of China for the same period on the funds actually invested by Party B during the construction period (included in the construction cost), and the economic compensation and fines that Party A should bear as stipulated in this agreement.
