The ACP exam questions are multiple choice questions. ACP exam is called AgileCertified
Practitioner, which is also called agile project management professional qualification examination. It was initiated by PMI in project management institute, USA, and organized by China Foundation for International Talent Exchange (formerly Foreign Experts Bureau) in China.
ACP test duration: 3 hours.
ACP exam form: written test, paper paper is used during the exam, and candidates need to fill in the answer sheet.
ACP test questions: 12 multiple-choice questions, of which 2 are preliminary questions, which do not affect the candidates' scores and are randomly distributed in the whole set of questions.
ACP exam content: Most of it comes from the seven knowledge fields in the textbook Agile Practice Guide.
Seven knowledge areas: agile principle and thinking mode, value-driven work delivery, stakeholder participation, team performance, adaptive planning, problem detection and solution, and continuous improvement (products, processes, people).
ACP exam mainly examines two aspects:
First, tools and skills:
Pay attention to all the tools and methods currently used in agile, and require candidates to have a comprehensive and holistic grasp of agile tools in order to better apply them to practical work.
Second, knowledge and skills:
It involves team management methods and soft skill communication methods needed in agile management, and requires agile project managers to master efficient agile team management methods to realize the sustainable development of agile projects.
