After the labor department of the client’s original unit receives the file custody contact letter from the Municipal Employment Service Center, fill in the "List of Transferred File Materials", sign the file, and issue it to the Municipal Pension Insurance Office
The stamped "Letter of Introduction for Pension Insurance Fund Transfer" should be handed over to the client.
2. When the client goes through the file custody procedures, he should stamp the seal of our center and the unit code on the "Letter of Introduction for Pension Insurance Fund Transfer".
3. The client takes the "Letter of Introduction for Pension Insurance Fund Transfer" to the Municipal Pension Insurance Agency (Business Hall No. 1, Shangpu Road) to handle the transfer procedures for the pension insurance relationship (fund).
The transfer procedures for the pension relationship of those who are coordinating at the district or county level or in the industry shall be handled by the labor and management personnel of the original unit at the municipal pension insurance office.
4. The client can pay the pension insurance for the current year by handing the pension relationship transfer form and personal account ledger to the pension insurance collection counter of our center.
