Article 30 The acceptance work of major projects should be completed within six months after the expiration of the implementation period. The Ministry of Science shall consult with the project host and the project academic leadership group to make arrangements for the acceptance work. Major jointly funded projects need to negotiate with the co-funder and jointly organize the project acceptance work.

The main contents of the 31st major project acceptance are: the expected goals stipulated in major projects and topics, the completion of research content, research results and levels, talent training, international cooperation and exchanges, and project organization Management etc.

Article 32 The following materials should be provided for projects and topics before acceptance:

(1) The person in charge of each project should complete the project research summary report and submit it to the project two months before acceptance Moderator;

(2) The project moderator completes the summary of major project research work and submits it to the relevant science department one month before acceptance;

(3) Final accounts of project and subject funds ( Including description of fixed assets exceeding RMB 50,000, etc.).

Article 33 The Ministry of Science shall review the acceptance materials and propose a list of proposed acceptance expert groups (composed of some members of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Science, some review and demonstration experts, management experts, etc.), and shall report to the Planning Bureau The director of the branch management committee shall organize the acceptance after approval. The final accounts of project and subject funds shall be reviewed by the Finance Bureau.

Article 34 The acceptance of major projects shall be conducted through meeting review. The acceptance experts will form the acceptance opinions of the expert group after full discussion on the basis of reviewing the acceptance materials and listening to the project team's report.

Article 35 The Ministry of Science will propose project completion review opinions based on the expert group’s acceptance opinions. After review by the Planning Bureau, they will be reported to the director of the branch management committee for review and approval.

Article 36: After the major project acceptance and finalization is approved, the Natural Science Foundation of China will sign a major project completion notice and send it together with the project acceptance opinions to the major project sponsor's supporting unit, with a copy to the project leader. Relying unit.

Article 37 After the notice of completion of a major project is issued, the filing work with the Natural Science Foundation of China and the project and subject-supporting units should be completed within three months.
