② A maintenance fund account needs to be opened in the property area applying for maintenance, and there must be a corresponding balance in the account. If the balance is insufficient or the owner fails to pay the maintenance fund, then the public maintenance fund cannot be used in this case.

(3) If the above-mentioned use conditions are met, and the exclusive part within the allocation scope accounts for more than 2/3 of the construction area, or more than 2/3, and the owners who agree to use overhaul fund account for more than 2/3 of the total number, you can apply for using the public maintenance fund at this time. If the public maintenance fund is to be used, the applicant needs to declare the maintenance project to the local housing security management department, and then the relevant departments will conduct on-site investigation to confirm whether it belongs to the scope of use of the maintenance fund.
