Since Britain, European and American countries have gradually established a capitalist system, and the world has begun to form a political, economic and value system centered on Europe. This system lasted for several centuries, and finally loosened with the outbreak of World War I and ended with the end of World War II, which was followed by the establishment of the mainstream value system headed by the United States.
In the middle and late World War II, the United Nations, the Bretton Woods system, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, etc. Under the manipulation of the United States, the mainstream value system of the capitalist world centered on the United States has been formed, which is also the mainstream value system of today's world. Due to the strong influence of western values in modern times, no country can get rid of the influence of western values.
With the colonial expansion of modern colonists, western values have been imported into the world, and every country has its roots. For the capitalist value system headed by the United States, western countries have always flaunted as "defenders of human rights" and rudely interfered in other countries' internal affairs under the guise of democracy, freedom and human rights. However, due to the influence of western values, many countries have more or less recognized or acquiesced in the practices of the western world, and some developing countries have therefore fallen into the sphere of influence of the west and become part of the capitalist value system.
The Russian-Ukrainian war will not lead to the reshuffle of the western value system, but will only strengthen this system. The western value system has influenced the world for hundreds of years and will not collapse because of a local conflict. The outbreak of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine will only make more small and medium-sized European countries worry about their national security and make them more dependent on the protection of the United States. Sweden and Finland are typical examples. The conflict between Russia and Ukraine will only strengthen the values dominated by the West. Judging from the post-war public opinion between Russia and Ukraine, most international public opinion and even the United Nations chose to condemn Russia, and few really supported Russia in international public opinion, which is enough to see the strong vitality of the mainstream value system in the western world.
