Legal analysis: there are three conditions for the national social science fund to be exempted from evaluation. First, two or more staged research achievements won the second prize of outstanding achievements in humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education (inclusive) or the first prize of other provincial and ministerial scientific research achievements; Second, there are more than two phased research results that have been actively instructed by leaders at or above the provincial and ministerial levels and adopted by relevant practice departments; Third, the phased research results have been summarized and distributed to two or more national high-end think tank research reports and results to be reported by the National Social Science Work Office.
Legal basis: Article 37 of the National Social Science Fund may be exempted from evaluation if it meets one of the following conditions:
1. won the second prize at the provincial and ministerial level;
2. The theoretical viewpoints and policy suggestions put forward have been fully adopted and absorbed by the party and government leading organs at or above the provincial and ministerial levels;
3 involving party and state secrets should not be made public, and the quality has been recognized by the relevant departments.
In the above situation, it is still necessary to fill in the Approval Form for Closing Matters, indicate the reasons for exemption from appraisal, and attach relevant supporting materials, and report them together with the final results.
