The fund qualification examination includes three subjects:

Subject 1: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms;

Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds;

Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds.

Candidates are eligible to be registered as fund practitioners if they pass the examination of subject 1 and subject 2, or pass the examination of subject 1 and subject 3.

In order to further improve the knowledge framework system of fund qualification examination, China Asset Management Association revised Subject 1, Examination Outline of Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Norms, Subject 2, Examination Outline of Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds and Subject 3, Examination Outline of Basic Knowledge of Equity Investment Funds (including Venture Capital Funds).

China Asset Management Association will use the new textbook and revised examination syllabus to organize the examination from the national unified examination of fund qualification examination in June, 20 1 1.
