_ Key projects of the Fund

1. Must be SM personnel;

2. The applicant and research team have participated in relevant national defense scientific research projects, or have a good research foundation in related fields, and have the willingness and enthusiasm to serve national defense scientific research;

3. Have senior professional and technical titles;

4 should be the actual person in charge of the project, with the time and conditions to directly engage in research work;

5. The person in charge can only apply for the 1 fund project in that year;

6. The applicant (including the joint unit) must have the confidentiality qualification;

7. The applicant organization shall review the authenticity, scientificity and realizability of the application materials submitted by the applicant of this unit, and as the lead unit, it shall be limited to 1 item.

_ General fund projects

1. with senior professional title or doctorate;

2. Participated in relevant national defense scientific research projects, or have a good research foundation in related fields, and have the willingness and enthusiasm to serve national defense scientific research;

3 should be the actual person in charge of the project, with the time and conditions to directly engage in research work;

4. The person in charge can only apply for the 1 fund project in that year;

5. The applicant shall organize the examination of the authenticity, scientificity and realizability of the application materials submitted by the applicant of this unit.

_ Innovation Team Project

1. The team leader has a senior title;

2. Team leaders and team members should have participated in relevant national defense scientific research projects as a team, or have a good research foundation in related fields, and have the willingness and enthusiasm to serve national defense scientific research;

3. The number of team members shall be no less than 10, and they shall be formal personnel of the unit;

4. All members of the team should have the time and conditions to directly engage in research work and make a reasonable division of labor;

5. The team leader can only apply for the 1 fund project as the leader in that year;

6. The applicant shall organize the examination of the authenticity, scientificity and realizability of the application materials submitted by the applicant of this unit.

_ Young Talents Fund Project

1. Not more than 38 years old (female 40 years old), focusing on supporting outstanding young scientific and technological personnel in colleges and universities under 35 years old;

2 should be the actual person in charge of the project, with the time and conditions to directly engage in research work;

3. The person in charge can only apply for the 1 fund project in that year;

4. The applicant shall organize the examination of the authenticity, scientificity and realizability of the application materials submitted by the applicant of this unit.

The development period of the Young Talents Fund is 2 years, with a development fund of 800,000 yuan, and the security level is open. General Fund and Young Talents Fund * * * set up six directions: advanced design and manufacturing, special new materials, information and control, electronic components, electricity and energy, biological intersection and bionics.
