3. Improve the national medical treatment management and expense settlement platform in different places;

5. Formulate bidding and purchasing policies for drugs and medical consumables and supervise their implementation;
6, supervision and management of medical institutions in medical insurance coverage related service behavior and medical expenses.
Legal basis: Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions
Article 6 The administrative department of health of the local people's government at or above the county level shall formulate the plan for the establishment of medical institutions in its administrative region according to the population, medical resources, medical needs and the distribution of existing medical institutions.
Organs, enterprises and institutions can set up medical institutions according to their needs and incorporate them into the planning of local medical institutions.
Seventh local people's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate the planning of medical institutions into the local regional health development planning and the overall planning of urban and rural construction and development.
