Land requisition compensation standard is based on Article 27 of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China. Land requisitioned for national construction shall be paid by the land-using unit. The standards of resettlement subsidies for the expropriation of other land shall be stipulated by the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government with reference to the standards of resettlement subsidies for the expropriation of cultivated land. However, the resettlement subsidy for each hectare of expropriated cultivated land shall not exceed 15 times of the average annual output value of the three years before expropriation. The resettlement subsidy for the expropriated land must be earmarked for special purposes and shall not be used for other purposes. Need to be resettled by rural collective economic organizations, resettlement subsidies paid to rural collective economic organizations, managed and used by rural collective economic organizations; Resettlement by other units, resettlement subsidies paid to resettlement units; If there is no need for unified resettlement, the resettlement subsidy shall be paid to the individual or used to pay the insurance premium of the resettled person with the consent of the resettled person. City, county and township (town) people's governments shall strengthen supervision over the use of resettlement subsidies. (4) Paid farmland occupation tax or urban land use tax, land registration fee, land acquisition management fee, etc. The proportion of land management fees extracted by county and city land management authorities from land acquisition fees is within the range of 1% ~ 4% according to the workload of land acquisition and different situations. (5) Land acquisition and demolition costs. Including houses and ancillary structures on requisitioned land, demolition and relocation compensation fees for urban public facilities, relocation transportation fees, subsidies for loss of production and production caused by enterprise relocation, relocation management fees, etc. (6) Compensation fee for reservoir inundation treatment of water conservancy and hydropower projects. Including the relocation expenses of rural migrants, compensation for urban relocation, compensation for the restoration and relocation of industrial and mining enterprises, transportation, electric power, communication, broadcasting, pipe network, water conservancy, bottom cleaning, protection works and environmental impact compensation in the reservoir area.
