Application conditions

With the approval of the Ministry of Education, china scholarship council established the "National Scholarship for Outstanding Self-funded Overseas Students" to reward self-funded overseas students with excellent academic performance and encourage self-funded overseas students to return to work and serve the country in various forms. The reward targets are self-funded overseas students who have been studying for a doctorate abroad for more than 1 year (excluding 1 year), hold passports of the People's Republic of China and are under 40 years old.

Scholarship amount

Scholarships are selected once a year. The scholarship amount is $5,000 per person.

Application conditions

Admission to Dutch university courses. Nominated by the employer, working in a non-large enterprise or multinational enterprise, with a certain language level, and promised to return to China after completing their studies.
