2. Exam subjects (1) Exam subjects.

The examination consists of "Construction Engineering Economics" (objective questions), "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge" (objective questions), "Construction Engineering Project Management" (objective questions) and "Professional Engineering Management and Practice" (mixed subjective and objective questions)

4 subjects.

(2) Performance management.

Those who take the 4-subject exam (the level is to test all subjects) must pass all the exam subjects within two consecutive exam years. Those who take the 2-subject exam (the level is to exempt the second subject) must pass the exam subjects within one exam year.

Only in order to obtain the qualification certificate; those who take one subject examination (level for additional majors) must obtain the first-level construction engineer qualification certificate before registering, and only after passing the examination subject can they obtain the certificate of achievement.

3. The application levels are divided into three categories: "Take all subjects", "Exempt from two subjects" and "Apply for additional majors" (see attachments 2 and 3 for details).

Starting from 2022, those who apply for the first-level construction engineer qualification examination for the first time should refer to the new version of the professional comparison table to select the majors allowed to register (see /testCondition/1070.html for details); those who have applied for the first-level construction engineer qualification examination before 2022, and

Candidates with valid scores during the rolling period can still refer to the original major comparison table to select majors allowed to register.

4. Notification and Commitment System This examination registration certificate shall be subject to a notification and commitment system (see Appendix 4).

Except for those who are "not applicable to the notification and commitment system", all other applicants can choose to apply for the exam by "adopting the notification and commitment system" or "not adopting the notification and commitment system".

Applicants who "do not adopt the notification and commitment system", "withdraw their commitment" and "do not apply the notification and commitment system", and whose identity information, academic degrees, majors, etc. cannot be verified online or who fail the online verification, must follow the requirements of the industry authorities

Bring relevant supporting documents to the site for verification.

A variety of methods will be used to verify the content of applicants' promises before, during and after the exam. Daily supervision will be implemented through random inspections, key supervision and other methods, and untrue promises will be dealt with in accordance with relevant requirements.

5. Registration process (1) Registration time: September 16 to September 23.

6. Examination Fees The examination fee standards are implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the "Hainan Provincial Price Bureau and Hainan Provincial Department of Finance on the Approval of the Fee Standards for the Qualification Examinations for 17 Professional and Technical Personnel in the Translation Major" (Qiongzifeiguan [2016] No. 122)

Candidates who issue electronic invoices must do so within 14 days after the registration deadline (see attachment 6 for details). Applications after the deadline will not be accepted.

7. Score release and post-examination review (1) Score inquiry.

Candidates can log in to the "score inquiry" column of the China Personnel Examination Network to make inquiries.

(2) Announcement of results.

The list of qualified candidates will be announced on the industry authorities and the "Hainan Provincial Public Service Recruitment Network" (/) as required.

(3) Post-examination review.

After the results are announced, the list of qualification review personnel and other related matters will be released on the Hainan Provincial Public Service Recruitment Network.

Qualification review personnel must go through qualification review as required. Those who refuse to accept verification after the deadline will have their test results invalidated.
