Han Hong’s short life began with singing: “Can fat people also sing?”
"Of course the fat man can sing and sing nice songs to you."
She became famous as a singer and became rich. She ran to do charity and donated money until she lost her fortune. Some people still scolded her: "It's just a show!"
If she has no money to do charity, Han Hong will go to the Great Wall to pick up garbage. "It doesn't cost money, but I am doing a good deed."
What kind of person is Han Hong like this? Have you ever known her?
Tibet is a particularly beautiful and pure city. Han Hong was born in Qamdo, Tibet.
In 1971, when the economy of coastal cities was just beginning to improve, living conditions in Tibetan areas were difficult, and many people had too much to eat.
When Han Hong was 6 years old, her father died unexpectedly, leaving her family without a pillar, and the whole family collapsed.
Her mother was even more cruel. After her father left, she hurriedly remarried. The cruel mother abandoned her 6-year-old biological daughter.
Han Hong hated her mother very much before she was 20 years old. During the time when she needed maternal love, her most trusted mother abandoned her.
When she was 9 years old, she went north to Beijing to join her grandparents.
I only had enough money in my pocket to buy a standing ticket.
"I didn't even buy a hard seat."
Standing tickets were cheap, and with the money saved, she could buy some dry food for the road. 9-year-old Han Hong set off alone.
It takes 3 days and 3 nights to get to Beijing from home. There was a young woman in the hard seat next door. In the middle of the night, she ran over and asked Han Hong to sleep on her bed for a while.
The food on the train was very expensive. When she left, she carried a small package on her back. When she was hungry, she would take out the biscuits inside to eat.
Without water, the biscuits are hard to swallow, but there is no other way. If you don't eat, you will be hungry.
Opposite the young woman who asked Han Hong to rest, there was an aunt watching her actions silently.
The dining car on the train rolled over at noon, and the young woman bought two lunch boxes, one for herself and one for Han Hong.
The young woman said: "Kid, why are you alone? I see you have always been like this."
Han Hong refused to eat and said, "Auntie, I'm not hungry, I won't eat."
She doesn't eat, partly because she doesn't know people, and partly because of her self-esteem.
When talking about her experience of riding a train when she was 9 years old, Han Hong, who has always wanted to be strong, turned her back and secretly wiped away her tears.
"That aunt got off the bus in Zhengzhou. I am particularly grateful to her and will thank her forever."
When we arrived at grandma’s house in Beijing, it was already 11 o’clock in the evening.
It was very cold in Beijing at that time, and Han Hong was embarrassed to talk and restless at her grandma's house.
She picked up the broom and started sweeping the floor, not sparing every corner.
Grandma asked her: "Why are you sweeping the floor at night?"
To prove she could work, she scrambled to do housework.
"Grandma, I don't like meat, I like vegetables, and I can work."
The low self-esteem and insecurity caused by being dependent on others have caused lifelong psychological trauma to the 9-year-old child.
Inferiority and sensitivity are the characteristics of every child who has been abandoned by his parents.
On Han Hong's musical journey, she was silently accompanied by an old man who was walking slowly, and he supported her music dream with strings of candied haws.
After moving into grandma's house, there were uncles, aunts and their children.
In order not to make Han Hong feel wronged, her grandmother quit her job and devoted herself to sending Han Hong to school.
A small pushcart made of wood, with candied haws made by her grandma, hawking it at the entrance of an alley in Beijing. She is Han Hong’s grandma.
Han Hong's mother also sings, but for some reason, she strongly opposes Han Hong's pursuit of music.
"Singing is not for you, you have to study hard."
Han Hong didn't listen: Why do you want me to listen to you when you abandon me?
